Privacy Notice

Effective: January 5, 2026

What this notice covers

This notice explains what information we collect through clfulfill.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This website is a single informational page with one contact form. We do not operate a customer account system, a login, a shopping cart, or a client portal on this site, and we do not run advertising or analytics tracking on it. If that changes, we will update this notice.

This notice does not cover information you give us outside this website, such as in a direct email exchange, in a signed agreement, or during the course of a business relationship, although we handle that information consistently with the principles described here.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta or LinkedIn pixels, chat widgets, heat mapping, or session recording tools. We do not track visitors across websites and we do not build advertising profiles. The only cookie that may be set is one placed by hCaptcha, the service that protects our contact form from automated abuse, and it exists solely to tell people apart from bots.

Because we do not track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track browser signal or a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of. We would honor such a signal if we ever added tracking, and we would update this notice before doing so.

State privacy rights

Arizona, where we are based, has not enacted a comprehensive consumer data privacy law. Its principal privacy statutes govern data breach notification and the secure disposal of records, both of which we follow.

Roughly twenty other states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and Nebraska, have comprehensive consumer privacy laws. Most apply only to businesses above stated revenue or consumer volume thresholds, and the Texas and Nebraska laws exempt small businesses as defined by the United States Small Business Administration. CL Fulfillment falls below these thresholds and qualifies as a small business, so most of these laws do not currently impose obligations on us.

We extend the rights described under Your choices and rights to every visitor, in every state, as a matter of practice rather than obligation. If our business grows past a threshold that makes one of these laws apply to us, we will update this notice and add whatever additional disclosures that law requires.

For California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, we do not process sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is accordingly no Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link on this site, because there is nothing to opt out of. You may still exercise the access, correction, and deletion rights described below, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Children’s privacy

This website is directed to businesses and business owners, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we have no reason to collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email support@capitalfreight-us.com and we will delete it.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws. We have never done so, and we do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your information to data brokers, list vendors, or advertising networks.

Information we collect

Our contact form asks for your business name, your email address, and your phone number. All three are required in order to submit it. We also record the date and time you submitted the form, so that we have an accurate record of when you contacted us.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card or bank account numbers, health information, or any other sensitive category of personal information. Please do not send those to us through this website.

We do not place analytics cookies, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking technology on this site. A small amount of technical information is nonetheless generated whenever any website is loaded. Vercel, the company that hosts this website, records standard server logs that include your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your request, so that the page can be served, the site kept available, and abuse prevented. Separately, when your browser requests the typefaces used in our design, it contacts Google, which serves those fonts and receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request; Google’s handling of that request is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not use this technical information to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with the information you submit through the form.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to review and respond to your inquiry, to understand your business and evaluate whether our services are a fit, to send you information about our services where you have asked to receive it, to keep business records of the inquiries we have received and how we responded, to protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse, and to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile you for advertising.

How we contact you

Because you have submitted your phone number and email address asking us to get in touch, we may contact you by phone or email about the inquiry you sent us. That is what the form is for.

We do not send marketing text messages. If that ever changes, we will ask for your express written consent first, on the form itself, before sending you any text, and consent would never be a condition of doing business with us. We also do not place automated or prerecorded marketing calls.

If we send you email about our services, every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out of any contact at any time by emailing support@capitalfreight-us.com, and we will honor the request promptly. Opting out of marketing does not stop us from replying to a question you have actively asked us.

Who we share information with

We do not share your information with anyone except the service providers we need in order to run this website and respond to you, and the limited legal circumstances described below. Each provider is permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

Our contact form is processed and delivered by Web3Forms, so every submission passes through their service on its way to our inbox. To keep the form from being abused by automated submissions, it is protected by hCaptcha, a bot-detection service operated by Intuition Machines; when the form loads, hCaptcha receives your IP address and limited information about your browser and interaction with the page, and it may set a cookie for that purpose. hCaptcha is used only to tell people apart from bots, not to track you or to advertise to you, and its handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy. That submission then arrives as an email in Google Workspace, which we use as our email and productivity provider and where your message is stored while we read and reply to it. This website is hosted by Vercel, which receives technical request data in its server logs as described above. Google also receives your IP address and browser information when the typefaces used on our site are loaded. From time to time our professional advisors, such as accountants, attorneys, and insurers, may see information where it is relevant to our business, and only to the extent necessary in the circumstances.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.

If our business is ever sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer to the successor as part of that transaction. We would give notice on this page before your information became subject to a materially different privacy notice.

How long we keep information

If you contact us and a business relationship does not result, we keep your inquiry for up to three years from your last contact with us and then delete it. If a business relationship does result, we keep the records for the duration of that relationship and for seven years afterward, to meet ordinary business, tax, and recordkeeping needs. Records of opt-out and contact preference requests are kept for as long as we need them to honor your preference and to demonstrate that we honored it. Server logs held by our host are kept according to that host’s standard retention, typically a short rolling window. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

How we protect information

This site is served over HTTPS, so information you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people at CL Fulfillment and Capital Freight-US who need it in order to respond to you. We keep the amount of information we collect deliberately small, which is itself a meaningful protection.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting Arizona residents’ personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by Arizona’s data breach notification law, A.R.S. section 18-552, and we will comply with the notification laws of other states as they apply.

Your choices and rights

Regardless of what state you live in, and regardless of whether any particular privacy law obligates us, you may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you and who we have shared it with, to correct information that is inaccurate, to delete your information subject to records we are required to keep, to give you a copy of your information in a portable format, or to stop sending you marketing emails or calls.

Email support@capitalfreight-us.com with your request and the email address or phone number you used, so that we can locate your record. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may extend once by another 45 days.

We will not charge you for a request, and we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide you a lesser level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

If we cannot verify who you are, or if an exception applies, we will explain the reason rather than simply declining. If you disagree with our decision, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word Appeal, and we will review it and respond in writing within 45 days.

Third-party links

This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this notice does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before giving them your information.

One of those links is our scheduling page, which is hosted by Google Calendar. We do not send Google anything about you; if you choose to book a call, whatever you enter on that page goes to Google as part of running the booking, and Google’s own privacy policy governs it. The appointment details then appear on our calendar.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold about you, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly at the email address you gave us. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised notice.
