These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of clfulfill.com, referred to here as the Site, which is operated by Capital Freight-US under the CL Fulfillment brand. In these terms, CL Fulfillment, we, us, and our refer to that business. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational page describing CL Fulfillment’s services, which involve selling proven products on ecommerce marketplaces, either by purchasing inventory from a brand and reselling it or by operating a brand’s own marketplace accounts on its behalf, together with the related listing, advertising, inventory, and fulfillment work. Everything on it is provided for general information.
Nothing on this Site is an offer, a quote, a guarantee, or a contract. Descriptions of our process, results, or approach are illustrative. Any engagement between us begins only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement, not this Site, governs the relationship.
When you use our contact form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any phone number or email address you enter. Do not submit someone else’s contact information without their permission.
Submitting the form does not create a business relationship, an agency relationship, or any obligation on our part to respond or to provide services. We may decline any inquiry for any lawful reason.

The Site relies on third-party services, including Vercel for hosting, Web3Forms for contact form delivery, hCaptcha for bot protection on that form, Google Calendar for appointment scheduling, and Google Fonts for typography. Their availability and performance are outside our control.
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Any third-party names, marketplaces, platforms, or logos referred to on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by those parties.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER CAPITAL FREIGHT-US, CL FULFILLMENT, NOR THEIR OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Freight-US, CL Fulfillment, and their officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions to it, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here and updating the effective date shown at the top. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept them.
